• Refer offer is only available in 12 months plans.
• This campaign is valid for a limited time only.
• The refer rewards cannot be transferred to other accounts or converted to cash discounts.
• The customer referring can get the FREE subscription, gifts, and other benefits once the referred customer has successfully installed CGNET and made the full payment.
• Only CG NET subscribers will be able to make a referral.
• There is no limitation on the number of referrals that a customer can make.
• Referral will not be valid if the customer being referred has already booked a connection with CG NET.
• Refer offer is only available in 350 Mbps, 250 Mbps, and 150 Mbps packages.
• Both referrer and referee will get 1 month of free bandwidth on each successful referral.
• The customer is allowed to redeem gifts on a tiered method wherein the customer can redeem Earbuds after 3 successful referrals or can skip and redeem a Smart Watch after 6 referrals. Once redeemed, the customer count will restart from 1, and the customer can redeem gifts again on the tiered method.
• First 3 customers who complete successful 25+ referrals within the campaign period will be rewarded with:
  • 1-night free stay at Taj Meghauli Serai, Bharatpur (first one to cross 25 referrals).
  • 43" CG Smart LED TV (second one to cross 25 referrals).
  • 32" CG Smart LED TV (third one to cross 25 referrals).
• To be eligible for the gift, customers must pay the tax amount associated with the product, as stipulated by government policy.
• Top referrers will be displayed on a leaderboard on the CG NET website.
• If a referral for the same customer is received from 2 or more referrers, that referral will be counted as void, and no points and benefits will be added for such a referral.
